The great thing about Workouts of the day, is you can jsut pick and choose the workout (WOD), that best suits you or the team you are training with. Here’s today’s workout:
Workout of the day #1
- a) 20 minutes to find your heaviest dead lift
Rest 5 Mins
- b) 5 rounds for time of
- 10 pull ups
- 10 deadlifts 40/60 kgs
- 10 box jumps 20/24 inch
- 10 push ups
- 10 floor wipers 40/60 kgs
- 10 kettle bell snatches 16/24 kgs (5 each arm)
