Workout of the day #1

  1. a) 20 minutes to find your heaviest dead lift

Rest 5 Mins

  1. b) 5 rounds for time of
  • 10 pull ups
  • 10 deadlifts 40/60 kgs
  • 10 box jumps 20/24 inch
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 floor wipers 40/60 kgs
  • 10 kettle bell snatches 16/24 kgs (5 each arm)
