Workout of the Day #12

The best thing about Crossfit training is the fact that, each training program is different.  You can really mix things up.  Nothing better then this 5 x 10 x 15 workout.

Workout of the Day #12

Its a 5, 10, 15 rep and repeat

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 15 squats

Rest 10 seconds

  • 5 dead lifts
  • 10 alternating lunges
  • 15 reverse crunches

Repeat 3 times.
