Workout of the Day #14 – Countdown

  • Walk 1 minute
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 50 squats
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 40 walking lunges
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 30 crunches
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 10 push ups
  • jog for 30 seconds
  • 5 burpess
  • jog for 30 seconds

For a cool down walk for one minute.
