Workout of the Day #14 – Countdown
- Walk 1 minute
- jog for 30 seconds
- 50 squats
- jog for 30 seconds
- 40 walking lunges
- jog for 30 seconds
- 30 crunches
- jog for 30 seconds
- 20 jumping jacks
- jog for 30 seconds
- 10 push ups
- jog for 30 seconds
- 5 burpess
- jog for 30 seconds
For a cool down walk for one minute.
