  • 10 burpees
  • 10 jump squats
  • 20 sit ups
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 20 calf raises
  • 30 Russian twists
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 30 high knees
  • 1 minute plank

Repeat 3 times
