Workout of the Day #2
a) 12 minutes to find your heaviest Power Snatch
Rest 5mins
b) As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 minutes of
- 200m Row buy in
- 7 Power Snatches 35/50kgs
- 7 Toes to bar
- 7 Burpees
Do this AMRAP 4 times with a 1 minute rest between each AMRAP
