Workout of the DAY #4

a. ) As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 minutes of

  • 5 Burpee Box jumps 20/24”
  • 5 Chest to bar Pull ups
  • 5 Handstand Push ups

Rest 1 minute

b. ) As Many Rounds As Possible in 4 minutes of

  • 5 Burpee Box jumps 20/24”
  • 5 Chest to bar Pull ups
  • 5 Handstand Push ups

Rest 1 minute

Repeat but 3 minutes AMRAP.

 

Yep, its killer.
