a. ) 12 minutes to find your heaviest set of 3 reps, Power Cleans

Rest 5 minutes

b. ) As Many Rounds As Possible in 17 minutes of

  • 9 Burpees
  • 6 Power Cleans 50/70kgs
  • 3 Bar Muscle ups
  • 200m Run
