a. ) 12 minutes to find your heaviest set of 3 reps of Overhead Squats
Rest 5 minutes
b. ) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of
- 200 m run
- 9 Overhead Squats 35/50 kgs
- 15 Pull-ups
- 21 Butterfly sit ups
