a. ) 12 minutes to find your heaviest set of 3 reps of Overhead Squats

Rest 5 minutes

b. ) As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of

  • 200 m run
  • 9 Overhead Squats 35/50 kgs
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 21 Butterfly sit ups
