Workout of the Day #9 – Beginner

If you are starting out with Crossfit training, this WOD is a great beginner crossfit work out of the day.
Crossfit – beginner
- 8-10 overhead presses
- 10 – 15 deadlifts
- 20 minute jog
- 8-10 triance push ups
- 10 jumping squats
- 8-10 burpree
Repeat for 3 sets
