Workout of the dayIf you are starting out with Crossfit training, this WOD is a great beginner crossfit work out of the day.

Crossfit – beginner

  • 8-10 overhead presses
  • 10 – 15 deadlifts
  • 20 minute jog
  • 8-10 triance push ups
  • 10 jumping squats
  • 8-10 burpree

Repeat for 3 sets
